Mix all ingredients well. Make into balls (any size). Brown in small amount of fat. Put in baking dish in 375 degree oven for about 30 minutes.
GRAVY FOR MEATBALLS:
Drippings from hamburger
2 heaping tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Brown slightly 2 heaping tablespoons of flour in drippings, where hamburger was fried. Add milk, salt and pepper. Cook until thick. Pour over meatballs. Serve with homemade biscuits.
