How to make it
- In a saucepan, combine the orange juice, sugar, and cinnamon stick. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer.
- Stud the oranges with the whole cloves, then slice into eights. Place into the simmering mixture and continue cooking for about 30 minutes until the mixture gets thick and syrupy.
- Pour in the wine and heat through, but do not BOIL.
- Serve in mugs.
