Fried Sweet Plantain(Platano Maduro Frito)
- 4 Ripe Plantains Peeled
- 1/2 cup Canola Oil
- 1 Tbsp. of Salt
How to make it
- Cut plantains in half and slice the long way.
- Heat oil in a small frying pan over medium heat.
- Add plantains and cook both sides until golden brown,making sure you watch they don't get burnt.
- When cooked place plantains in a plate over a paper towel to soak up excess oil.
- Sprinkle salt over plantains.
- Enjoy Warm
