How to make it

  • 1. In a bowl combine the graham cracker crumbs and the melted butter and mix and then place evenly in 4 4 1/2 inch tart pans with a removable base, and press into the bottom and up the sides.
  • 2. In a bowl place the cream cheese and the sugar and mix well together and then stir in the pureed cantaloupe and divide the mixture between the 4 tart pans!
  • 3. Chill for about 30 minutes and if you wish decorate the top with melon balls.
