- 1 ½ lb ground round shopping list
- ¼ c (1 ounce) finely shredded fresh Parmesan cheese shopping list
- ½ c dry bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/3 c chopped fresh cilantro shopping list
- ¼ c tomato sauce shopping list
- 1 t dry mustard shopping list
- ¾ t dry Italian seasoning shopping list
- ¼ t salt shopping list
- ¼ t crushed red pepper shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed shopping list
- parchment paper shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Line large baking tray with parchment paper.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Shape mixture into 30 (1 ½”) meatballs. Place on the broiler pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
