cream cheese and/or cottage cheese (or combination of both)
milk or cream (if you need to thin out the cream cheese mixture)
How to make it
Soften the cream cheese and thin if necessary. You want the cheese mixture to be thin enough so that it does not tear the beef slices when you are spreading it out. Spread the mixture onto the beef slices and then roll up and slice into pinwheels. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
