Ingredients

1 cup oil

2 cups sugar

3 eggs

4 cups flour

5 teaspoons baking soda

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 cups milk

Directions

In a mixing bowl, mix the ingredients in order as they are listed.

Beat with a hand mixer at high for about 5 minutes.

Pour into greased and floured cake pans.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes until knife comes out clean when inserted in the center.

Cool and apply your favorite icing.
