Almond Biscotti

- 1/2 c caster sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2 tsp vanilla essence shopping list
- 3/4 c plain flour, sifted shopping list
- 1/2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 cup allmonds, chopped shopping list
- extra flour for dusting shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 180.c and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- whisk egg,sugar, and vanilla together in a bowl.
- add flour, baking powder and mix until well combined.
- stir through almonds, dust work bench nd hands well with the extra flour.
- shape dough into a 25 cm log and place on baking try, bake aprox 30mions or until golden, then cool.
- reduce oven temp to 120.c and use a serrated knife to cut log into 1.5 cm slices.
- lay the [prepared slices on to the baking tray and cook again for another 10mins.
- turn and bake for an additional 10 mins, or until biscotti has dried out.
