A copycat recipe of those yummy cookies we all remember that were made by Sunshine. These are very similiar but I think they could be a tad bit more lemony so I upped the lemonade mix to my liking

I know me either. They were my favorite! I hear Albertsons makes one that is their brand. But I've yet to find them.

Where can i find the lemonade mix? or a alternative. i'm from SA

Hmm.. Not sure. you dont have any instant lemonade mix in SA? I guess you could make a glaze to put on them using powdered sugar and lemon juice. Wouldnt quite be the same but you would get the lemon flavor

Oh I would love to make these, we get some very very good Key Lime Coolers here that are fantastic. The company that makes these plus other little gems is the Byrd Cookie company in Savannah, Ga. you can go to this website and see all that they offer. http://www.byrdcookiecompany.com/

Yum! I just found out that King Arthurs Flour carries a lemon and a lime powder as well. Yeah! Better than using lemonade mix!

I made these and added them to my cookie tray this year. They were a huge hit at work! I used unsweetened Lemonade Koolaid and they turned out perfect. Thank you for a great recipe!!
