Crab And Corn Bisque
Ingredients
- 1 lb crab meat
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 2 tsp liquid crab boil
- 2/3 stick butter
- 2 cans cream of celery
- 2 cup milk
- 1 pint half and half
- 2/3 to 1 bag frozen corn
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to make it
- Sauté onion in butter
- Add all ingredients
- Bring to simmer stirring often
- Simmer 20 min
