How to make it

  • Okay now...I believe seven come eleven rolls out pretty nicely.
  • Combine all ingredients except the cornstarch and well water in a saucy pan.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to simmer and cook gently...about one hour will do.
  • Remove...cool,chill,and seal in a container,in refrigerate... until...and...it's a gamble...but pretty darn good.
  • Mix with horseradish,catsup,and a small squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
  • ~ Chili Sauce...but nice to serve with whatever comes out of the water~
