Turkish Lentil Balls

- 250 grams of Turkish lentils boiled shopping list
- 1 piece of kombu seaweed shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 3 tablespoons self-rising flour shopping list
- 3 tablespoons water shopping list
- 6 tablespoons grated cheese shopping list
- 6 tablespoons of rolled oats shopping list
- 1 onion shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic shopping list
- 6 basil leaves shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cumin shopping list
- breaded amount needed shopping list
- sea salt shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Boil the Turkish lentils for 5 minutes with a piece of kombu seaweed (these are quick-cooking lentils), straining and processing.
- Apart saute onion and garlic finely chopped, added to processed lentils, chop the basil leaves and add along with the cumin.
- Add grated cheese, rolled oats, egg, mix the flour and water and add to the preparation of lentils.
- Salt, to form the balls and roll in the breaded.
- Cook in a little oil until golden brown, drain on paper towels.
