Spicy Shrimp Soup
- 8-10 Shrimp deveined
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 clove of garlic chopped
- Chicken broth
- Squeeze of a lemon
- 1 tsp. Crushed red pepper, cayenne, just a dash
- Dash of Salt and black pepper
How to make it
- Simmer a cup of chicken broth, add shrimp and chopped garlic, and spices for 10 minutes on low.
- Put it all in a soup pot, pour rest of chicken broth in with some water and squeeze of the lemon. Add spinach and cook on low for half an hour.
