Zesty Zucchini Soup

- 3 cups water shopping list
- 7 chicken flavored bouillon cubes shopping list
- 6 zucchini sliced (small) shopping list
- 2 carrots, scraped and sliced shopping list
- 1 small onion, sliced shopping list
- 8 ounce package cream cheese cubed and softened shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- hot sauce to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Bring water to a boil in a Dutch oven: add bouillon cubes, stirring until dissolved.
- Add vegetables: reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until tender.
- Pour into container of electric blender process until smooth.
- Return mixture to Dutch oven; stir in cream cheese, salt, peppper and hot sauce
- Cook over low heat stirring until thoroughly heated.
- Serve hot or chilled.
