How to make it

  • Bring water to a boil in a Dutch oven: add bouillon cubes, stirring until dissolved.
  • Add vegetables: reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until tender.
  • Pour into container of electric blender process until smooth.
  • Return mixture to Dutch oven; stir in cream cheese, salt, peppper and hot sauce
  • Cook over low heat stirring until thoroughly heated.
  • Serve hot or chilled.
