How to make it
My go to Chinese Take Out recently changed hands and the decline of has been sad to witness. These days, almost nothing separates them from any random "cheap chinese" place you'll find in any strip mall in the region, with their piles of cold fried chicken in a pot, waiting to be covered in sweet syrup and reheated. (shudder)
