In one bowl, knead flour, oil, instant yeast, milk powder, caster sugar, eggs & salt with lukewarm water, make dough, keep it on grease tray, cover it and leave it for 1 hour for it to double.
For making thin and crispy crust: First make dough, roll 1/8 inch thin crust and spread on pizza pan. Bake for 10 minutes and take out to cool. Now spread pizza sauce, add filling ingredients, bake in oven for 20 minutes on 200ºC and serve it.
For making deep pan pizza crust: First make dough, leave until double in size, then roll it 1/2 inch thick, spread on pizza pan , add filling and leave for 1 hour. Bake for 40 minutes on 200ºC.
Take bowl, marinate chicken slices with garlic paste, crushed chili, salt, curry powder, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and chili garlic sauce. Leave for 10 to 15 minutes. Then add 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and cook marinated chicken until done and water dries. Then let it cool.
On a floured surface, roll out dough and place on a greased sheet pan. Shape to fill the sheet pan, spreadpizza sauce evenly over pizza dough. Sprinkle mozzarella, chicken, onions, mushrooms, black olives and cheese on top. Bake for 12 minutes or until cheese bubbles in preheated oven 240C.
