- 2 cups all purpose or whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp low fat margarine
How to make it
- make dough using water flour salt and baking powder.
- grease frying pan or baking tray
- take a reasonable amount of dough and roll flat with a rolling pin
- place in baking tray and bake at 350`c for 5 minutes or place in frying pot on stove top on a low flame. turn after 1 minute.
- serve with any topping fruits, vegetables, meat, or fruit preserve
