- 4 cups chicken or turkey broth
- 1 stick butter
- 8 TBLS butter
- 3 hard boiled eggs chopped.
- giblets from chicken or turkey boiled and diced
How to make it
- Cream butter and flour over medium high heat.
- Slowly add 1/4 cup broth at a time. Turn heat down to medium.
- Continue until all broth is used and continue cooking until thick.
- Turn heat off.
- Add eggs and giblets and serve over turkey, chicken or stuffing.
