Combine turkey, sriracha and agave in a bowl, mix well. Top each egg roll wrapper with a portion of the turkey mixture, shredded carrots, chopped green onions and chopped parsely. Beginning at the edge of the egg roll, fold in sides and roll, moisten the edge with water and seal ends. Let rest for one minute, then fry in 1 inch of oil, at 375 degrees until golden, about 1 minute on both sides. Sauce: Combime some sriracha, agave and chopped green onions and serve with rolls.
