Cook the bacon in the bottom of a Dutch oven. When it begins to smoke, throw in the chopped veggies. The chicken broth can go in when you are ready. The sauces and ginger are to taste. The shrimp is last. This can be served with green onions at the end. If you want to be healthy, throw some garlic cloves in, but don't cook them through. Refrigerate for a while and then reheat and serve. Soo yummy! Throw the bacon out before you serve!
