Asparagus Chop Surprise
- 4 pork cutlets
- cooking oil
- 2 cans cream asparagus soup
- instant rice
- swiss cheese sliced
- salt and pepper
How to make it
- first coat your chops with flour salt and pepper
- fry till done
- make your rice, I use instant but any kind you prefer will do.
- saute or steam your asparagus tips
- to create your sauce you need to combine cans of soup and about 3/4
- cups cold water. cook till heated thru
- to complete this dish spoon rice onto serving plate layer your
- asparagus,followed by your sauce topped with your sliced swiss cheese.
