Lemonade Scones

- 300g self raising flour shopping list
- 55g caster sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup thickened cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup lemonade shopping list
- 1 tbsp milk shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 180c (160c for fan forced).
- Place Flour and sugar into a mixing bowl and make a well in the center.
- Add Cream, and pour Lemonade on top.
- Using a mixing spoon, mix until mostly combined.
- Using your hands, press and roll gently until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Tip onto floured surface, kneed gently until smooth (only for a quick moment!), and then roll out with a rolling pin to approx 2-3cm thickness.
- Using a round cookie cutter, cut up to 10 scones, making sure to use up all of the dough.
- Place onto a floured baking tray, and baste with Milk.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Serve slightly warm, with Jam and Sweet Whipped Cream.
