How to make it

  • 1. First off, roughly chop (we're going to put the vegetables in a blender in an instant anyway) the red onion and peppers.
  • 2. Put the chopped veggies in a blender (food processor) and add a splash of mango juice (nectar) and ketchup (to help with the blending). Blend until uniform (no visible chunks).
  • 3. In a saucepan (or any pan), pour the mixture along with the remaining mango juice (or nectar and water) and ketchup.
  • 4. Place the pan on a hot plate and stir periodically.
  • 5. Let the sauce reduce to about half its original volume.
  • 6. Serve with grilled or baked chicken wings.
