Ingredients

How to make it

  • After the shrimp is cleaned marinate it with the garlic, lime zest and juice of half the lime.
  • Put a skillet on medium/high heat.
  • Drop in the butter and olive oil and let it melt.
  • Saute the shrimp with all the marinating juices for 2 or 3 minutes or until the shrimp is perfectly pink.
  • Season with salt (I used fleur de sel) and pour over the other half of the lime juice and stir.
  • It's ready to serve.

Yummy! I don't believe I ever had lime on shrimp before - just lemon. I loved it! I cut the shrimp count in half because it was just for me. Made it exactly as written and let it marinade for 10 minutes. I added my picture and a tad more here Lime Shrimp
