How to make it

  • preheat oven : 350 F lightly greased baking pan. I used a glass pie plate , big enough to hold 2 mini pumpkins..
  • Mix to combine the egg and sugar. Add the spices, incorporate the apple pieces and milk. Spoon the apple filling into the pumpkins. Dot the butter on top and replace the lids aka tops.
  • Bake until the pumpkin is tender-- (I used a toothpick!) Mine took about an hour or 30 minutes more. (keep checking) Serve warm with cool whip or whipped cream, or vanilla ice cream or??? Have it for breakfast.
