Rice And Corn

- 2 cups white jasmine rice shopping list
- 6-8 cloves of fresh garlic (chopped) shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt ( I use see salt) shopping list
- 2.5 cups water shopping list
- 1/2 cup frozen corn or more up to 3/4 cup shopping list
- 1Tablespoon oil shopping list
How to make it
- Put the 1 tablespoon of oil to heat up in a medium size pot, when it is hot add the chopped garlic. Let it brown, once it is light brown add the rice and fry it for a bit make sure you stir it so that it has oil all over. Add the salt and water. Let it boil, Cook it at a high temperature 6 or 7 on the electric stove, once it boils turn the heat down to temperature 2. When you see the water has been absorbed By the rice, add the corn and mix it. Let it cook for 15-20 more minutes, and that's it!
