How to make it

  • Bring to a boil, stirring, then whisk in pectin and return to a full boil.
  • Cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
  • Remove from heat and stir for 5 minutes to prevent floating ginger.
  • Can in a waterbath for 10 minutes or store in the fridge for 1 month.
