How to make it

  • In frying pan, heat enough oil to fry fritters( start on med high)
  • In bowl, mix together the two cornbread mixes, the egg, and the corn
  • Drop into hot oil by the tablespoon
  • Brown on each side till golden brown, about 2-3 minutes each side
  • Drain on paper towels
  • Drizzle with maple butter( melt butter stir in maple syrup and maple flavoring)
