Blender Ice Cream Recipe

How to make it

  • Cut up bananas into about 16 pieces each. Hull strawberries. Bag and freeze overnight.
  • Place frozen fruit into blender followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth. Might have to scrape down the sides a couple of times.
  • Soft serve ice cream can be served immediately or frozen for a firmer ice cream.
  • Makes about a quart.
  • Mix and match fruits for your own combination of bliss.
