How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients together in a food processor and let her rip! Or just blend until smooth. I also use an immersion blender with all of my ingredients in a pint container. That way if I have any left over, it's already in its storage container (voila).
  • Heat pan with oil or unsalted butter of your choice. Whatever you do, please do not use margarine. Margarine = no good = no bueno. Margarine contains way too much sodium (salt) and other things I can't pronounce.
  • When the pan is hot, add approximately 3 oz of batter to the pan and let spread.
  • Cook for 2 - 3 minutes on each side or until a nice golden brown.
  • Remove and repeat.
  • Stack them on your plate and serve with 100% pure maple syrup.
  • ENJOY!
