How to make it

  • Using a food processor or a blender. Add parsley and some pickle juice chopped until everything is finely chopped. Using a colander to drain the parsley.transfer parsley to a mixing bowl.
  • Do the same to the pickle, onions, and capers. Doing this separately.
  • When finish chopping all the ingredients in blender or food processor and letting them drain a bit.
  • Season the mixture with lemon pepper, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, Tabasco sauce, salt and dill. Mix them together.
  • Add one jar of mayo mix all together. If the mixture is too thick add more mayo.
  • Store in a tight container for up to 3 to 4 weeks.
  • Serve with your favorite seafood, or use it as a dip for onion rings and waffle fries.
