Tar Tar Sauce

- 3 bunches of fresh parsley shopping list
- 2 small jars of capers shopping list
- 7 kosher pickle spears shopping list
- 1/2 jar dill pickles shopping list
- 2 jar Hellman's mayo 48 oz shopping list
- 1 small red onion quartered shopping list
- 1 small yellow onion quartered shopping list
- 2 tsp black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper shopping list
- 2 Tbsp lemon pepper shopping list
- 1/4 tbsp Tabasco shopping list
- 1/4 cup lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tsp dill shopping list
How to make it
- Using a food processor or a blender. Add parsley and some pickle juice chopped until everything is finely chopped. Using a colander to drain the parsley.transfer parsley to a mixing bowl.
- Do the same to the pickle, onions, and capers. Doing this separately.
- When finish chopping all the ingredients in blender or food processor and letting them drain a bit.
- Season the mixture with lemon pepper, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, Tabasco sauce, salt and dill. Mix them together.
- Add one jar of mayo mix all together. If the mixture is too thick add more mayo.
- Store in a tight container for up to 3 to 4 weeks.
- Serve with your favorite seafood, or use it as a dip for onion rings and waffle fries.
