Chickpea Pancakes (garlic And Mint)

- 500g of chickpea powder shopping list
- a pinch of salt shopping list
- a pinch of sugar shopping list
- some leaves of fresh mint shopping list
- a pinch of nigella seeds shopping list
- 1 garlic sliced shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp of backing soda shopping list
- 3 glasses of water shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the chickpea powder with backingsoda, salt, sugar and add the water slowly while you are mixing. When the dough is smooth start to add garlic finely sliced and fresh mint previously cutted in little pieces.
- When the dough is well mixed let rest it not less than 4 hours.
- Take a large nonstick pan and put it on slow heat and using a ladle pour the dough in the pan. Use a spatula to turn it upside down.
- The pancakes in depending of their height needs to cook 5 minutes per side.
- Now you can try the first pancake and continue to cook the others!
