Watermelon Cake

- 300 milliliters cream 35% shopping list
- 1 watermelon shopping list
- 1 nectarine shopping list
- 50 gram icing sugar shopping list
- 10 gram red currant shopping list
- 100 gram bog bilberry shopping list
How to make it
- Wash the watermelon and rub it dry with paper towels. Cut off the top and bottom of the watermelon.
- Carefully separate the skin from the inner edible part. Try not to damage the inner green sides.
- Then you'll need to make a cut from one side of the watermelon and get out the edible core. Place it it the fridge and let's prepare the cream.
- For the cream, mix the cream with icing sugar. You need to whisk at low speed and slowly increase it to a maximum - from the beginning and up till the end of the cream preparation.
- Get the watermelon out of the fridge and brush it with the prepared cream. Garnish the top with your favorite fruit and berries.
