Baked Cranberries

Once I made these, my family does not want canned cranberry sauce again. This is especially delicious over cheesecake!
Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh cranberries shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1/3 cup (or to taste) brandy (I use blackberry brandy) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F
- Mix cranberries and sugar in the baking pan. Bake for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes or so. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Stir in the brandy. Enjoy!

Easy and delicious. Just made it again! Cut the recipe in half and made my own "blackberry brandy" = 1/2 ounce Christian Brothers Brandy and 3/8 tsp. homemade blackberry puree. Pretty tasty stuff! Thanks MotherAnn for posting!
