Chinese Five Spice Noodle Soup

- 16 oz. (2 c.) chicken stock shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Napa cabbage shopping list
- 1 medium carrot peeled and diced shopping list
- 2 oz. dry Udon Noodles (or linguine noodles) shopping list
- 1/2 t. Chinese Five Spice shopping list
- 1/4 c. frozen Green Peas shopping list
- 2 T. sliced Green Onion shopping list
- 1/4 t. Sriracha Hot sauce - optional shopping list
- 1/4 t. Soy Sauce - optional shopping list
How to make it
- Combine chicken stock, cabbage, carrot and Udon noodles in a medium pot. Bring to simmer and cook till veggies are soft and noodles are tender. Add chinese five spice, green peas, green onion and hot sauce and/or soy sauce if using. Let sit 5 minutes.
