How to make it

  • Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees.
  • Make a deep slit in each fig not going all the way through. Stuff about a tsp. of blue cheese in each one. See Photo
  • Next tear pieces of the prosciutto long and wide enough to wrap around the fig. No need for a toothpick, it will stick all by itself. I ended up using about 4 1/2 pieces of prosciutto.
  • Place on greased baking sheet and bake for 14 minutes. Share with friends :)

    Wow..awesome post Michelle! My parents have a huge old Mission Fig tree and I am always wondering what to do with all the figs we get:) Great post:)
