How to make it

  • 1. Rinse wings and dry.
  • 2. Remove last joint, discard. Cut into separate pieces.
  • 3. Put lemon pepper on wings.
  • 4. Combine remaining ingredients in zipper bag, mix.
  • 5. Add wings, mix. Soak, turning every 1/2 hour for several hours. If refrigerated, bring to room temp. before cooking.
  • 6. Bake at 375 for 1 hour, until caramelized, turning and basting every 20 min.
