Pumpkin Pie Bread

- 3 1/2 C. flour shopping list
- 2 tsp. baking soda shopping list
- 1 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- 3/4 tsp. nutmeg (or 1/2 tsp. fresh) shopping list
- 3/4 tsp. ginger shopping list
- 3/8 tsp. ground cloves shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 1/2 C. white sugar shopping list
- 1 1/2 C. brown sugar shopping list
- 1 C. vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 15 oz. can pumpkin puree shopping list
- 1/2 C. water shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350. Grease 2 9x5 loaf pans.
- Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices. Set aside.
- In large bowl, beat together sugar, oil, vanilla, eggs, and pumpkin. Stir in flour mix ALTERNATELY with water. Divide between the pans.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes, until toothpick in center comes out clean.
- Cool in pans for 10 minutes, then turn onto racks until completely cool.
- Store, wrapped in plastic at room temperature for a full day before serving.
