How to make it

  • In a 10" to 12" cast iron pan. Cook beef and onion until beef is done. Season beef with pepper, salt, Mrs. Dash, and Montreal Seasoning. Drain or remove most grease from beef. Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown gravy mix and water. Add frozen veggies. Cook until veggies are thawed. Top with warmed mashed potatoes. I mixed the cheese in with the instant spuds, and did a round fork design on top of the mashed potatoes. Broil 2-5 minutes until top is browned. Serve. Can add some garlic to the beef. And some dried parsley to the potatoes.

Looks good. Some of the pre-done stuff you use is not available here but subs are easy. Nice & easy. Thanks.
