Paprika Lime Pork Chops

- •5 pork chops (or about 2 to 3 lbs of pork chops) shopping list
- •2 tsp black pepper powder shopping list
- •2 tsp paprika powder (may substitute with hot chili powder if preferred) shopping list
- •2 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- •2 tsp onion powder shopping list
- ½ tsp salt shopping list
- • ¼ tsp sugar shopping list
- •1 tbsp oil shopping list
- •2 limes, juiced shopping list
- •1 handful cilantro (for garnish) shopping list
How to make it
- 1.Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- 2.Grease baking pan before placing thawed porkchops.
- 3.Sprinkle half of dry ingredients on each side of meat.
- 4.Distribute oil over over top of powders placed on top of pork to prevent burning. May use oil spray if more convenient.
- 5.Place meat in preheated 375F oven until meat is cooked to desired tenderness.
- 6.Serve warm with cilantro as garnish with a side of lemon potatoes or steamed rice.
