Chile Dumplings

- this is a side dish to the previous Salmon recipes shopping list
- Chile Dumpling: shopping list
- 2 cups ricotta cheese shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese shopping list
- 2/3 cups flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup green chilies, chopped shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- White pepper, to taste shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups panko shopping list
- 4 egg whites whipped shopping list
How to make it
- Chile Dumpling:
- Process all ingredients except panko and egg whites. Place into large bowl, then fold in panko, then slowly fold in egg whites in 2 separate actions. Make sure to fold and not stir or whip. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- when ready to cook
- Prepare A steamer and Scoop 12 (2-ounce) portions of dumpling mix into steamer. On a good pan Cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes.
