Hard Apple Cider Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • pour 2 pounds sugar into a jar, with 2 cups cider
  • heat in microwave, desolve sugar
  • pour into jug
  • pour half the cider in jug
  • in a cup, 1/4 cup sugar, hot water yeast
  • set it aside let it bubble and get growing
  • pour into jug, fill jug up to 3'' from top
  • install airlock
  • set it aside till it STOPS bubbling, syphon the yum yum out of the jug
  • leaving the junk in the bottom
  • put the airlock back on, set aside for couple of mths
  • drink it...grin and be happy
