How to make it

  • 1. In a large sauté pan, heat olive oil and sauté onion until golden.
  • 2. Add sliced chorizo and cook, stirring frequently, for approximately 1 minute.
  • 3. Add the beans and mushrooms and cook another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 4. Cover and let sit for ten minutes.
  • 5. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
