Garbanzos Y Chorizo

- • 2 Tbs. olive oil. shopping list
- • 1 small yellow onion, thinly sliced. shopping list
- • 4 – 6 mushrooms, sliced. shopping list
- • 20 oz. (566 g) garbanzo beans, drained (in jar or can). shopping list
- • 1⁄2 lb. (250 g) sliced Spanish chorizo sausage. shopping list
- • Salt and FG pepper. shopping list
How to make it
- 1. In a large sauté pan, heat olive oil and sauté onion until golden.
- 2. Add sliced chorizo and cook, stirring frequently, for approximately 1 minute.
- 3. Add the beans and mushrooms and cook another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 4. Cover and let sit for ten minutes.
- 5. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
