How to make it

  • Powder the biscuits in a processor and sieve it .
  • Add cocoa powder, 1 tsp sugar, 3 tsp butter to it and mix it.
  • Add few drops of water on it and mix it well to make a medium consistancy dough. keep it aside.
  • In another bowl take grated coconut, add 3 tsp sugar and 2 tsp butter, mix it well and keep aside.
  • Take a cookie sheet, fold it into half. open it and grease the surface with butter.
  • To one side of the keep the dough. Fold the paper and roll it with a rolling pin.
  • Open it and spread the coconut mixture evenly on it and carefully lift the cookie dough and roll the whole thing tightly and pack it up in the same cookie sheet.
  • Keep it in the freezer for about 2 hours. keep it out 15 minutes before serving.
  • Cut into slices and serve.

    This looks intriguing. I love fresh coconut and cocoa, they compliment each other so well. It may be awhile before I can get a good fresh coconut but I will make this at some point. Thanks!!
