How to make it

  • 1. Prep the stuff. Slice, dice, chop, etc.
  • 2. Get out your medium size skillet, toss in the butter and heat that up.
  • 3. Add everything but the pasta and sour cream.
  • 4. Cook until sausage is done and veggies are soft, but not mushy.
  • 5. Turn off the heat, let sit 3-5 minutes, add the sour cream and combine. Add salt and FG pepper to taste.
  • 6. Make a bed of half the pasta and spoon the sausage and veggie mix on top.
  • 7. Repeat for second serving.
