Espresso Brownies!

Looking for a chocolaty, amazing coffee tasting brownie?
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of Flour shopping list
- 1 TSP of baking powder shopping list
- 3/4 cups of Unsweetened cocoa powder shopping list
- 1/2 TLBS of Instant coffee shopping list
- 1/2 cup of Granulated Sugar shopping list
- 1/2 TSP of vanilla (OP) does bring a good flavor. shopping list
- 1 stick of butter shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl mix together the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder, until evenly mixed. Then stir in the Instant Coffee and sugar. Pre-Heat Oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a separate bowl whisk together the egg and stick of butter (melted lightly) Add the teaspoon of vanilla and mix thoroughly until wet and fluffy.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry and mix until no lumps or bubbles are there. Prepare a 8x8 in. Brownie Pan and spread the batter evenly. Bake 10-13 minutes.
