Easy Meringue Topping

- • 3 egg whites. shopping list
- • 6 Tbs. sugar. shopping list
- • 1⁄2 tsp. vanilla extract. shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Beat the egg whites until frothy.
- 2. Gradually add in the sugar, continuing to beat until stiff.
- 3. Combine vanilla extract.
- 4. Spread over pie and bake at least 10-15 minutes at 350.
- This recipe is for a 9 inch (22.5 cm.) Pie. For a 8 inch (20 cm.) pie, Use 2 egg whites, 4 Tbs. sugar. For a 10 inch (25.5 cm.) pie use 4 egg whites,1/2 cup sugar.
