Bisquick Pot Pie

- 2 small bags or 1 big bag of assorted frozen vegetables shopping list
- 1 box of Bisquick shopping list
- 1 small pack of chicken shopping list
- 1 8x11 pan shopping list
- 1 or 2 small cans of cream of chicken soup shopping list
- ~Items for Bisquick~ shopping list
- depending on how much batter you want depends on how much you make. shopping list
- 2-3 cups of ultimate pancake mix shopping list
- 1½ - 21/4 cups of water shopping list
How to make it
- First, partially cook the chicken (so the pie won't take as long to cook.)
- While the chicken is cooking, follow the Bisquick instructions for the batter. (just don't cook)
- Then, place 1/4 of the batter in bottom of the pan.
- Next, mix the vegetables and chicken with the cream of chicken soup.
- Put the chicken and vegetable mixture in the pan and spread them out evenly.
- Finally, spread the rest of the batter evenly over the pan and put in a °350 oven.
- When the batter is nice, golden brown, and delicious take it out of the oven and devour! 😉
