How to make it

  • 1. Place all of the ingredients except the cheese in a 4- 6 quart crock pot and stir well.
  • 2. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 7-8 hours.
  • 3. Turn off the crock-pot and sprinkle shredded cheese over the top of the lot, recover and let sit at least an additional 30 minutes.
  • 4. Serve.
