Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c all purpose flour shopping list
- 1 1/3 c sugar (1 c for cupcake batter, 1/3 c for cream cheese filling) shopping list
- 1/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder shopping list
- 1 t baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 t salt shopping list
- 1 c water shopping list
- 5 T vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 T cider vinegar shopping list
- 1 t vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven to 350 degrees
- line or grease your muffin pan
- mix flour, 1c sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in large bowl
- make a well in the center
- Blend water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla..pour into well
- gradually incorporate flour into the liquid whisking until smooth
- pour batter into prepared muffin pan
- FOR CREAM CHEESE FILLING
- 8 0z pkg cream cheese (room temp)
- 1 egg
- 6 0z semi sweet choco chips
- Beat cream cheese, remaining 1/3 c sugar and egg in medium bowl with electric mixer
- stir in chips
- spoon over batter
- makes about 14 cupcakes
- Bake about 25 minutes
